We have a dedicated team of construction site engineers who are experienced to carry out works from the first fix through to its completion. The company has carried out a number of construction sites ranging from a simple internal and external refurbish, to extensions of existing buildings and loft conversions.
We provide free and reasonably priced, no-obligation estimates. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and once a member of our team has visited your property we will provide you with a quote by email or by post which will clearly outline all the work included in the price.
There are no hidden charges. If we have agreed a fixed price for the job, and whilst doing the work you ask us to do something extra, we will agree the cost of the extra work with you before we start it, that way there are no surprise costs and you are kept fully informed. All prices quoted are inclusive of all tax and all estimates are subject to contract without prejudice. The estimates will be based on what is seen, however if upon investigation, any unforeseen works arise you will be informed and additional cost may be incurred.
If you accept the quote, we will arrange mutually convenient time to start the work.
